Mission

As someone who suffers from a chronic medical condition, I have had the honor to connect with so many others fighting hard battles. Each one pushing through the physical pain of a devastating disease, that is often invisible to everyone surrounding them. This can also bring emotional pain that includes isolation, depression, and anxiety. If you have ever met a chronic illness beauty, you understand that when they choose to focus on the positive, their strength and hope shines bright creating an inspiration to others.

It was during the hardest times that I learned beauty can come from the dust of this world. I clung to the Bible verse Romans 8:28 which promises that God would use everything for good. Somehow. Someday. There were moments that promise seemed far away, but now looking back, I am overwhelmed with all the beauty that has come from having my diagnosis. I am beyond thankful that God doesn’t let our struggles stay unbearable and that He uses them to grow us into something beautiful.

Twenty percent of all Beauty from Dust’s sales will go directly to causes whose mission is to help those with chronic medical conditions. Let’s help get closer to finding cures for so many debilitating illnesses. And while we’re still waiting, let’s share boldly how our life’s beauty can never be destroyed.
